Borehole Engineering Services a division of Drilcorp, were contracted to remove a failed pump from a borehole in Surrey. The borehole was in a bad condition pulling in sand causing the pump to seize up. The pump was stripped down only to find sand had entered all the bowls and into the NRV, it had even stripped the main motor drive shaft.

If you have a borehole that is pulling in sand don’t leave to long as it may end up like the images in my post, call in the borehole experts.

Boreholes are our Business.
