Michael Bushby, Drilcorp Technical Manager

Drilcorp is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Bushby as Technical Manager.

Michael will head the Technical Division of Drilcorp handling all aspects of Testing, CCTV, Verticality, Water Quality, Rehabilitation, Refurbishment, Licensing, and other non-drilling operations.

Michael has been employed in the drilling industry with Groundshire since 1981 where he started at the age of 16 as a trainee. Following four years college training as a plant maintenance engineer he progressed to Plant Manager at the age of 2,  running a busy workshop in charge of nine maintenance personnel ensuring that the company’s large fleet of drilling and grouting machines were in good working order.

Part of Michael’s remit was to design and manufacture specialist equipment to supplement the operations and he is enthusiastically looking forward to his new challenge of developing and running the Technical Department of Drilcorp.
